Become a Member
At EPES PTA, we believe that parents, teachers & community members working together can make a huge difference in the lives and education of our children. NYS PTA requires us to maintain a certain number of members to remain active. Membership is annual, and costs $5 per person. Of that fee, $4 goes to NYS, and the remaining $1 goes toward funding projects and activities for the school.
Members are automatically added to our email list, so you'll always get the latest communications from us (including links to virtual PTA meetings).
After completing your membership form, you can pay for your membership in three ways:

Cash: please enclose exact cash and your name in an envelope and drop off to the main office. Cash enclosed that exceeds the cost of membership will be considered a donation.

Check: Please make checks out to "Eagle Point Elementary PTA". You can drop checks off to the main office, along with the member's name (if different from check).

Credit Card: Use our online store to purchase a membership.
